About this site

Glasgow Parking Proposals has been created to help residents, businesses and community groups understand the background to Glasgow City Council’s proposed parking controls for Battlefield, Shawlands, Strathbungo and surrounding Southside areas.

The purpose of this site is to bring together key dates, publicly disclosed information, council responses, resident correspondence and outstanding questions in one place. It is intended to support transparency around the process, evidence base and local impact of the proposals.
